Mayo88 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

By using the mayo88 platform, you legally and bindingly agree to all Terms contained in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon your first access to the platform, registration of a new account, or completion of any financial transaction through our platform.

Mayo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Such amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our official website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest version.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use mayo88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Age at least 18 years of age on the date of registration and when using the platform at all times.
• Be a legally recognised individual with full capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not appearing on the list of individuals prohibited from playing or whose accounts have previously been closed by mayo88.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not playing using funds obtained illegally or through activities that violate the law.

3 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) mayo88 account only. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without warning, with balances returned following an investigation.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, mayo88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any member at any time, particularly before processing high-value withdrawals. Documents that may be required include:

• A copy of a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of residential address (bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit Policy:

• Deposits made via FPX and DuitNow are credited to your account within 1–5 minutes upon receipt of payment confirmation.

Withdrawal Policy:

Mayo88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer. The general terms applicable to all mayo88 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is only available to members making their first deposit who have not previously claimed any bonus.

6 Game Rules & Conduct

Players are required to observe the following gaming etiquette and rules at all times:

• Mayo88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Mayo88 will never request your full account password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Please be cautious of any suspicious communications and report them to our support team.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Mayo88 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close any member account with or without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, falsification of information, or use of a false identity during registration
• Reporting of money laundering activities or financing of illegal activities
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Use of unauthorized payment methods or third-party payment methods without authorization
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward staff or other players

Members may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mayo88 customer support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the original payment method after the standard verification process is completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mayo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical circumstances
• Financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes that do not favour the player
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in protecting your login credentials
• Damages arising from reliance on inaccurate or outdated information on the platform

10 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Mayo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for material and significant amendments, mayo88 will endeavour to notify members via an in-platform notice or registered email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mayo88 platform shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which mayo88 is licensed. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to a jointly agreed arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
